Maximize Your Savings at Target With Coupon Stacking

Target is a great place to use coupons and save big. The main reason being, they allow "coupon stacking". This means you can use one manufacturer coupon PLUS one Target store coupon per item. Manufacturer coupons are the coupons in the newspaper inserts or printable coupons you can find HERE. They can be found in various other places as well and they will say "manufacturer coupon" at the top. Target store coupons are offered in many ways.

*Target Mobile Coupons <-------Click to sign up. These are a list of coupons sent to you via text with a link to retrieve them. This means you have to have an internet capable phone. You pull up the particular coupon you are using and the cashier will scan it from your phone at checkout. These mobile coupons can be stacked with a manufacturer coupon. These coupons are a one-time use coupon.

*Target Printable Coupons <--------Print from this link. These are coupons you can print that say "Target Store Coupon" on it, meaning they can only be used at Target. These can be stacked with manufacturer coupons.

*Newspaper insert Target coupons- Occasionally Target store coupons can be found in your newspaper inserts. Also, every few months or so, they will put a whole insert of just Target store coupons. These coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons also.

Here is an example of a previous coupon stacking deal at Target:

    Transformers Toy- $9.97
Used $5/1 Transformers toy manufacturer coupon from coupons.com
Stacked with $5/1 Transformers toy Target mobile coupon
    Final cost- FREE

Target also price matches like Walmart, however it is a little more difficult. Read more about the Target Price Matching Policy.

See the updated Target coupon policy HERE.

Using coupons at Target is like using coupons anywhere. You will maximize your savings when matching coupons with a price cut or clearance.
