Check your CVS to see if they have Cottonelle Roll Covers (with a roll of Cottonelle plus coupons inside!) for $1.99. They are printing a $1.99 ECB, making them FREE! I've heard it is a limit of one per transaction and limit of 4 total but have not verified. This offer is going through May 26 :)
